Stayed here for 3 nights and 3 days . The perfect hotel with amazing views of lake como, the host was very nice and accommodating let us leave our luggage with them for a while . The rooms were clean and they also service the rooms daily. A 15-20 min walk to mennagio town with some scenic views .I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I didn't like it at all, we didn't feel welcome by the host. Who seemed quite distant and not very likeable. The rooms were so heated every time that you couldn't sleep. Rooms especially the bathroom was full of ants and a corpulent person would never be able to get into the shower. The balcony Mini The rooms were freshly prepared and cleaned every day, the view was the only positive thing, but that was it

This hotel is just amazing! Waking up to the gorgeous view of the lake from my room was such a treat. It was so easy to just step outside and relax on the beach, which is right there—just a few steps from the building.The ladies working here were super friendly and helpful, always ready with great suggestions for places to visit and where to eat. They really made the stay even more enjoyable.I seriously can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re heading to Lago di Como, this is the spot!

A small and cozy guesthouse with beautiful views, located a 15-minute walk from the center of Menaggio. A double room with a very comfortable large bed, equipped with a TV, fridge and kettle. A great place for a few days stay on Lake Como.

For 100€ a night for 2 people you get a very clean room with a balcony, right on the lake. Menaggio is a 20 minute walk away, location is great!

We spent 2 nights at Hotel Garden. Our double room in the annex was absolutely clean and very practical (fridge, large wardrobe, desk, chairs and table on the balcony)The hotel has 2 truly remarkable things: the fantastic view of the lake and the incredibly approachable and friendly operators. We strolled the 20 minutes to Menaggio and followed the restaurant recommendation. It was wonderful. We can fully recommend the hotel.

We took the room with the garden. It'd really nice. Enjoyed the sound of water in the morning. We were sleeping with the open window.

Last visited this hotel 13years ago and it remains a favourite. The staff are great, the rooms are very good, (make sure you request air-conditioning when booking for summer!), and the location is superb: right on the lake and very quiet but within easy walking distance of the vibrant Menaggio. Go and then go again!

We were a couple with a small child so we got a room with 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies, its was spacious ,very clean, very well maintained, and the best thing, is that it was straight on the water! I could hear the waves next to me at night and its so calming. The service is super, cleaning service everyday and the owners are so nice, they helped with every little thing. Its not in the center of menaggio, but a 17 min walk, and since we are not in shape we took the car all the time and it was like a 3 min drive or one bus stop to the center with the restaurants, and a 5 min drive to the ferry to go everywhere else

Gorgeous little place. Family run, charming service, right on the lake so you sleep to the sound of waves lapping. 15 min walk to Mennagio for dinner and ferries all over the lake. Booked for 3 nights as part of driving holiday but didn't want to leave. Garden and 'beach' great to relax after days sightseeing. Tip; take swimming shoes, the stones are sharp

This hotel is bed & breakfast only and is very popular. Be careful how you park on the lower ramp. When leaving by car turn right to join flow of traffic and do a safe u turn in the small waterside public car park 100m away. Do not expect an Italian ambiance, it is more Swiss/German in its clean lines & ordnung. You'll meet Swiss, French, German, Japanese & English. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating but you don't get to hear them talk to each other as true Italians would - it's all very quiet and restrained. I'm for the South from now on!The views from the balconies are wonderful. The breakfast offers a good range of fresh products and nearly always cake - gorgeous apple tart that stood 100mm high & was very äpfel strüdel like.
