Stayed here for almost 2 weeks with the Canadian Ski Team.Amazing sunny visit, the staff was incredible and by the end it felt like we were family.The food was incredible and very cute bakeries across the street and a cheese shop close by as well.We did a lovely hike and had amazing views of Cervino/Matterhorn.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful.Everything it's literally perfect in there.Rooms are spacious and quiet.The bar is really nice with a good selection of liquors, beers and wines.The food at the hotel restaurant is great.The staff is very professional and friendly at the same time.The hotel has it's own ski rental and skiers can buy the ski pass in the lobby.The hotel is about 4 mins walking from the slopes, but there is also a free shuttle service that brings people where the lifts are.On the 6th floor there is the spa with a pool, two sauna and one steam bath.Amazing experience!

Fantastic breakfast, helpful staff who are mostly very pleasant, useful ski bus for getting to the lifts uphill, free car park, good ski room.

If I could give 4,5 I would. Nice breakfast, room tidy but small sleeping area compared to bathroom which was very spacious. Extremely friendly staff.

During my skiing trip to Zermatt, I ended up staying at this hotel after missing a lift back to the Switzerland side. My friend and I looked pretty lost when we were waiting for a local hotel car to pick us up, we waited for about 20 minutes and no one showed up. Andriy from Sertorelli Sport Hotel happened to be there and kindly drove us to the location; however, at that point we decided to stay at Sertorelli's. I have not had a better experience staying at the hotel thus far. The staff was nothing but wonderful - they were kind, genuine, compassionate and accomodating (beyond what one would expect). Andriy and Iryna brought us spare clothing and shoes we could change into, a phone charger, and our dinner was served to our room, to say the least. Andriy totally saved us and turned a scary experience into a pleasant one. Iryna was a sweetheart and I cannot express enough gratitude to these folks. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Thank you

We did not stay at the hotel we only used the spa facilities. It was very pricy 35€ for entrance they give you a robe and slippers. No real locker room to change and shower. The sauna was lukewarm with amazing views of the mountains and the jacuzzi had wonderful variety of jet but unfortunately was incredibly cool like room temperature. It is ratre that you have to go to warm up after a jacuzzi. The showers in the spa we're nice and the tea selection was sublime

Lovely rooms, spa and location although bathroom in our room was a bit shabby (shower head didn't stay up on its own). Food was nice and service was fast but a couple of our courses got missed.
